What You Don’t See on Instagram: Daily Life, Team Support, and Challenges

Let’s be real, Instagram is cute, but it doesn’t show everything.

While the stories and reels look polished and glowy, behind the scenes, it’s been a whole different vibe.

We’ve been:

• Wrapping up the first generation of the Pilates Goddess Academy (huge moment!) ✅
• Planning the next course while mentoring new instructors 👩‍🏫
• Teaching nonstop classes, even when energy’s running low
• And while I’ve been teaching, my backbone team has been attending every wellness event and career fair. Even though we’re short-staffed, these girls have been incredible,  and I’m beyond grateful for their support.
• Oh, and working on a little secret project I cannot wait to reveal (but not quite yet 🤫)

This has been a growth season, and let me tell you, growth isn’t always pretty.
Sometimes it’s messy.
Sometimes it’s “one more coffee at 7 pm.”
Sometimes it’s silent wins that no one sees.

But everything happening behind the curtain has one purpose:

To create a space where people feel strong, seen, and empowered in their bodies.
That’s the heart behind every class, every project, every idea.

So next time you walk into the studio, know this:
There’s so much love and hustle behind the magic we co-create.
You’re not just stepping into a class, you’re stepping into a movement.
