Account Deletion Request

Pilates Goddess Studio clients may request deletion of their mobile-app and booking-platform account by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

Please include the name and email address associated with your account. We may request additional information to verify your identity.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account and associated personal information, except for information that must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, or regulatory purposes.

Account deletion may permanently remove booking history, memberships, unused credits, purchases, preferences, and other account information.
