Pilates Goddess Studio offers small group reformer classes with only 8 reformers, so you get the energy of a group class with more personal attention from your instructor. Whether you are brand new to Pilates or ready for a stronger challenge, our class levels are designed to help you progress safely and confidently.

LEVEL 1
FOUNDATIONAL & BEGINNER
Goddess Classical Foundations (Beginner)
A grounding, empowering class designed to introduce the timeless principles of Classical Pilates. You’ll learn proper alignment, breath work, and control through slow, intentional movement. Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking to refine technique and connect deeply with their body’s strength and grace.
Booty Basics & Core Awakening (Beginner)
A fun, low-impact class focused on toning and awakening your core and glutes. Expect to move at a comfortable pace with modifications and supportive cueing to help you feel confident, strong, and balanced from the very start of your Pilates journey.
LEVEL 2
INTERMEDIATE FLOW
Goddess Intermediate Flow (Intermediate)
A fluid, energizing class blending Classical and Contemporary Pilates. You’ll flow through sequences that build endurance, balance, and power. This class challenges your transitions while maintaining grace, the perfect next step after mastering the foundations.
Divine Booty Burn (Intermediate)
A sculpting, strength-building class designed to lift, tone, and shape your lower body. Expect resistance bands, dynamic movements, and mindful activation to awaken your glutes and leave you feeling confident and divine.
Arms & Core Awakening (Intermediate)
This class sculpts and defines your upper body and core using reformer and small-prop variations. Every movement is designed to strengthen posture, stability, and confidence, empowering you from the inside out.

ADVANCED SCULPT & POWER
Goddess Power Flow (Advanced)
An advanced reformer experience combining strength, endurance, and control. Designed for seasoned practitioners, this class integrates complex transitions, dynamic sequences, and balance challenges to awaken your inner warrior goddess.
Sculpt Cardio Flow (Advanced)
A high-energy, heart-boosting reformer class using the Jump-board and dynamic sequencing to blend sculpting and cardio. Expect to sweat, smile, and feel unstoppable. Perfect for those craving a more athletic edge to their Pilates routine.

Total Temple Renewal (All Levels)
A restorative class for mind, body, and soul. Through gentle movement, stretching, and breath-work, this class invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body as your sacred temple.
Radiant Core Power (Express 40 min.)
Our signature midday reset. A 40-minute reformer class focused on energizing your core, improving posture, and boosting mental clarity. Perfect for professionals on the go, quick, effective, and revitalizing.
Prenatal: Glow from Within (Prenatal – All Trimesters)
A nurturing Pilates experience designed to support every stage of pregnancy. Safely strengthen your body, improve mobility, and enhance circulation through gentle movements. Leave class feeling grounded, glowing, and connected to the life within.
The Goddess Club
A 30-minute guided reformer Pilates session followed by a 30-minute open conversation designed to connect, reflect, and share. This experience creates space for our community to talk about their journey, goals, and how Pilates is supporting their lifestyle, all in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Silueta Divina: Esculpe y Activa (Nivel Intermedio)
Una clase dinámica enfocada en tonificar y fortalecer el cuerpo completo.
Usando el reformer, nos enfocaremos en glúteos, abdomen y brazos con fluidez, control y energía.
Diseñada para quienes ya tienen algo de experiencia y quieren seguir progresando, disfrutando del poder y la gracia que caracteriza a cada diosa.
