Classical for Beginners

Classical for Beginners

Classical For Beginners is suitable for beginners and is ideal for those new to the profession. During this course, you will acquire essential Pilates fundamentals while gaining confidence with the Reformer apparatus. You will learn practical exercises for toning your muscles, improving flexibility, and achieving the long and lean body of a Goddess. It is also appropriate for prenatal classes and clients with long-term injuries who prefer to move at a slower but equally effective pace.

Pilates is a full body workout that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving posture and flexibility, and increasing overall body strength. 

Abs & Booty I

Abs & Booty I

You will tone, lift, and sculpt your abs and booty during this class. It's an open-level class that allows you to progress at your own pace, but you'll still feel connected with a full-body workout.

Abs & Booty Blast II

Abs & Booty Blast II

Take it to the next level with this class that is designed to trim and define your abs and booty. Props - including the Magic Circle, Bands etc. can be used to enhance the overall workout. Modifications and progressions will be made to fit your own pace in this open-level class. 

Toned Body Sculpt

Toned Body Sculpt

Your motivation for Toned Body Sculpt class will be high after this class. This full-body workout will inspire you and make you ready for more. A variety of props can be used in this class, including hand weights, gliders, bands, balls, and jump boards. This class aims to strengthen your entire body, burn more calories, and increase your heart rate. This is an open-level class so you can adjust and progress at your own pace.
