Membership & Booking Policies

We value clarity, fairness, and respect for both our clients and instructors. By booking a class, purchasing a package, or maintaining an active membership, you agree to the following studio policies.

 
Class Booking, Late Cancel & No-Show Policy
Our cancellation window is 12 hours prior to class start time.
Cancellations made inside the 12-hour window are considered late cancellations and incur a $10 late-cancel fee, and the class credit is forfeited.
Failure to cancel and failure to attend is considered a no-show, and a $15 no-show fee applies, with the class credit forfeited.
A 10-minute grace period is permitted. Arrivals 11 minutes late or more will not be admitted and will be treated as a no-show.
Fees are automatically charged to the card on file.
These policies help us honor waitlists and ensure class spaces are available for clients who wish to attend.

 
Membership Commitment, Renewal & Cancellation
All memberships require a minimum 90-Day commitment.
After the initial 90-Day, memberships continue month-to-month at the same rate unless canceled in writing.
A 30-day written cancellation notice is required and must be submitted to [email protected].
Memberships do not cancel automatically and cannot be canceled through the app, text, or verbal request.
Clients who wish to cancel immediately without completing the 30-day notice period may do so by paying a $99 immediate cancellation fee.
Early termination prior to completing the initial 90-Day commitment also requires the $99 early-termination fee.
Cancellations begin on the date written notice is received and cannot be backdated or refunded.

 
Membership Freeze Policy
Memberships may be placed on hold for 30 days at a time, up to four months per calendar year.
A $15 freeze fee applies for each 30-day freeze period.
Freeze requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.
During a freeze, booking access is disabled. If you wish to attend during a freeze, you may purchase a drop-in, and management will manually add you to class.
Freezing a membership does not cancel a membership.
If you wish to cancel while frozen, a 30-day written notice is still required, or the $99 immediate cancellation feeapplies.
 
Membership Credits & Expiration
Membership class credits are valid only within the current 30-day billing cycle.
Unused credits expire at the end of the cycle, do not roll over, and cannot be reinstated.
All billed tuition and membership payments are non-refundable.
 
Pre-Paid Class & Private Packages
Pre-paid packages are one-time purchases and are not auto-renewed.
Group class packages expire 30 days from purchase.
Private and duet packages expire 60 days from purchase.

All package sales are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable.
Promotional packages follow the same expiration and usage rules.
 
General Studio Policies
Grip socks are required for all classes.
A valid credit card must remain on file for reservations and fees.
Clients under 18 require parent or guardian consent.
All sales are final.
 
Policy Agreement
By booking, enrolling, or maintaining an active membership, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
