At 38, going into 39, I’m learning to truly listen to my body, to ease up when I need to, to rest without guilt, and to move in ways that feel loving instead of punishing.

And Pilates has been my anchor.
It’s not just a workout; it’s my way to reconnect with myself, breathe, and tap into my strength.
Running a business, mentoring others, holding space for a community, and navigating my own shifts haven’t been easy.
But I know I’m not alone.
